Samsung steam washer/dryer - poor customer service

Does not wash. Samsung no response.in 40 years, never had as poor a washer. Am donating to salvation army with an apology & warning. Never another samsung product in my home! Even washing twice on max settings does not clean. Samsung steam washer is terrible, service is non-existent.
