My router won't respond to my desktop. All my other devices work fine wirelessly, but not the Ethernet for my desktop. The employees that work at Verizon help centers are a bunch of freaking morons. There are no problems with the wires i use. I always get 'error 651' when I try to connect. I have looked EVERYWHERE for a solution but I can't find one. I asked for help on live chat and wasted 30 min with the first moron trying to ask me if I had Internet service. Then he told me he will transfer me to the tech department. I am tired of Verizon and have been messing with this problem for over a freaking week now.
