Cricket wireless Phone Order and Refund

I have called their toll free number join cricket wireless and order iphone 4s. I have clearly told the representative three times that i want iphone 4s 16GB and she also repet the same product and took my order and me the invoice in my email. When I saw my email it shows that iphone 4 8 gb. Then with the 30 minuts i called again and inform them about this and they were only trensfering the calls and westing my time and finaly told me that my phone has been dispatched with in 30 minuts and can not cancle order now. And told me that when i receive it refuse the package and then i will get refund. And i did. But did not get till 20 days. And when we call the supervisor to complaint she was rude didn't come on phone and said ask him to not call here again. I heard that. So never aver go for cricket wireless, it would be the bigest mistake you will find later days.
