I bought a cricket phone for $129.00, broke within a month. The sales lady never offered me insurance. So, i bought another phone for $129.00. That broke in 6 months. The first sales person told me i had to go to headquartes. Approx 10 miles away. They told me i have to pay a $50.00 deductible in order to get another phone or ever my phone fixed. Cricket is so sorry, they wont have to worry about me anymore
