This is the worst replacement phone yet. This phone has a mind of its own. It takes 20sec to get a call going. The phone has to be turned off and on like two to three times a day. Then the phone shut itself off and stay off for about a min. Or two even if your holding the on button. I wish i could video tape this phone to show you what i'm talking about because you can't make this up. I had a problem with the first one and this one. It makes no sense to buy a 400.00 phone because when it breaks they send you a phone that is not up to par.
