After purchasing a samsung phone from sprint in
nov. 06
ibegan having trouble with it in march lots of static
i informed sprint of the problem they said take it
to the repair center of which i proceeded to the repair center the repair person said it could not
be repaired but they would sell me a refurbshed
phone for 55 dollars, my comment was does it not
have a years warranty their answer yes but, i must call samsung and send it in for repairs my re ply was you sold me the phone not the
manufacture meaning (sprint) so in the mean time
i, am without a phone for 15 days.

WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
i still have a phone less than a year old thats
almost useless (not a happy sprint customer)
sprint and the manufacture should stand behind
their year warranty
