Phone has many problems, I have taken the phone back several times for repairs and have encountered several people at the store with the same complaints, the salesperson advised" that company is aware of the problem because of the many complaints and are no longer displaying the phones"after which he advised me thely had no loaner phones so I'm stuck with a non-working phone and thast ANOTHER COOLPAD would be back in 3days! Why? They already know the phone dosen't work so I have no recourse? I don't want another non-coolpad 4g phone! They know it dosen't work and I'm not going to keep bringing this phone back so I incurr a charge to repair something they know dosen't work! Their salesperson said"you shoulda payed MORE money for a phone"!! Now that's what I call customer service!!
