Metro pcs. Cool pad new wont charge, no refund or exhange - CoolPad cell phone

I purchased a Cool pad and almost immediatley had issues. It would not charge. When I asked them about it they said they are not giving refunds or exchanges but you can go to the corporate store and they will give you an adapter so the charger will work. Well that was a couple of months ago and they never have any adapters. They keep saying we should be getting them in soon. I called the cool pad company and they wont mail me one directly. Im stuck with a non working phone, a complete waste of money!
