Dec. 3 I purchased the COOLPAD4g phone and have had problems (habitual problems per their salesperson) with this phone. Today I took the phone to their store AGAIN for repair and while there the salesperson advised me that several people were having then same problems, I have met several people at the store today all complaining about this phones problems: the phone at times dosen't turn on-screen flashes - you can't dial numbers into a line requiring numbers to access lines-screen stays black-phones rattles when using when I expressed these problems to the salesperson: he advised me" that the company is aware of the fact that the phone dosen't work and that they are no longer selling the phones and have taken them out of their display cabinets"he also advised me that it will take 3days for them to give me another PHONE THAT DOSEN'T WORK!!!"if I want resolution to go to the headquarters@1629 N Kingshigh way, Cherry Hill, NJ. 08034, their other salseperson said to another customer with same complaints (" shoulda paid more for a better phone") Now I'm stuck with a phone that dosen't work (they have no working loaner phones) and the chore of reporting Metro pcs to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, I'm sure they wouldn't be so casual if customers didn't pay their bills, I want a resolution and I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER NON-WORKING PHONE! Metro should be ashamed of theirselves SELLING A PHONE THEY KNOW DOSEN'T WORK! Great way to treat customers!!!
