I had two pieces of critical lawn maintenance equipment, that I use to earn a meager living, from the Conroe Wal-Mart off of Loop 336 North. I was at the store for a second interview appointment that had been rescheduled from each of the previous two days due to the lack of proper scheduling and appointment keeping by the HR personnel at that store. I was trying to pick up extra night work to give my family some sort of Christmas. The store's security cameras were obscured by overgrown trees in their parking lot so the store and Conroe PD could not identify the culprits who lifted the equipment from the back of my truck. I did not have the equipment with me the previous appointment days as I knew it was dangerous, but I had to leave directly from a job site on this rescheduled day in order to make my appointment time. Wal-Mart refuses to take any responsibility and my ability to produce income has become greatly affected. The Conroe PD officer that took my report had been at the Loop 336 store for over 4 hours taking other reports of thefts from customers. I need some help here if anyone has any suggestions.
