I bundled with Direct TV and At&t. I called to be put on Vacation mode. Direct TV messed up and charged me. They corrected the problem and sent a credit to At&t but At&t said they didn't get the credit and cut off my service. I spent the next two weeks trying to get my tv and internet service back on.

Each time I called I was transferred and then transferred again and then held for up to 50 minutes and then got cut off and had to start all over again. This went on for two weeks and ran up my At&t cell phone bill.

I talked to managers and supervisors but no one would help me. Finally I had to pay the bill I didn't owe $400

I complained to managers and supervisors and listed all my complaints on line and no one has ever contacted me or done anything for me.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life of dealing with companies
