I received a charge on my card in the amount of $35.40. I have never in my life visited this company's website, let alone purchased any of their services. I contacted the company through their toll free number and I was told that it would take up to 1 week for them to refund my money. I wonder how many people have been scammed by this company and have not noticed the charges. Luckily I was checking my account today and noticed the discrepancy. I am a college student and can not wait that long for these geniuses to refund my money due to a failure in their security apparatus. They took the money out easy enough... Why make me suffer for a week because of this?!
