Rip off, scam

So, I'm checking my account online and I noticed a check in the amount of $49.99, I clicked the charge and it wasfor UNLIMITED LOCAL SAVINGS. I have never heard of this company in my life. So, I call the toll free number listed explained the situation to the customer service agent and she gave me contact information for the refund department. I immediaetly went and filed for my refund on this unauthoized charge, after a few days I noticed I had not received an email nor was the money refunded in my account.

Here's where I get really irriatated.

I call the toll free number again and the same lasy that has answered everytime tells me that my refund had been denied becasue of an IP address. I lost it. So, I asked for the contact inforamtion for the refund department or the corporate office ans she told me that she could not and would not give me any number beacuse my refund had already been denied. So, I called my bank and informed then that there was a unauthorized charge on my account. Now Im thinking about calling 7 on yourside.
