This part of the message I received in my email after a few minutes I signed up with them. I was not told anything about $29.95 bg. Report, I never agreed to this charge. I threatened to report them to the ftc., bbb and that my bank was definately going to make sure I get my refund. Those crooks at peoplesmart never apologized or admitted to any wrong doing but did agree to refund my money. I told them they had no choice, this is clearly fraud!!! I still have to wait for this refund or cancel my bank card and let the bank issue me another one. I'm telling everyone to stay away from this company!!! You can bet on it!!!
