Promgirl.com aweful, absolutely aweful

I ordered a dress for my daughter in a size 5. When the dress arrived it was a size 6. I emailed my complaint and was told they are the same sizes. Huh??? A size is a junior size and 6 is a misses size; size 6 was not even an option on their website. They did not return my email, so I sent the dress back. Now they tell me they won't accept it because the return number is not on the outside. Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered.
