Corporate - Front Load Elite Washe

I had 4 cancelled service calls dating back from december 9 on and had called corporate in IL and not helping me out with getting the machine replaced or fixed A&E lied about my machine and was told that a manager from A&E Factory Service was going to be calling me still waiting and then I called hoffman estates was promised a answer last Friday and was lied to again I either want my money back or fixed the machine or replace it. I am done with Sears and there deserve to be closing stores after how there treat customers and lied to them and it goes all the way done to A&E Factory Service I KNOW SEARS OWN THEMS AND THERE ARE BETER REPAIR PEOPLE OUT THERE BESIDES THEM.
