I was sent an e-mail offering 25% off so i went into store and asked the staff and they told me they had no idea (whilst chatting amongst there self) what i was talking about. I then continued with my sale of one pair of jeans instead of two which was my intention with the discount.

I then come home to find another email offering the same discount. I now realise the discount if off. I am very unhappy with this service. I will be returning my jeans and shopping somewhere that has the energy to put into staff knowledge.

Officers of fair trading will also be involved due to false advertising.

I thought more of this store. 20 odd years of custom clearly means nothing.
