Unrepairable cell phone and 2 yr contracr that was not authorized

On nov 3rd 2011... Purchased cell phones for myself and daughter. Both phone were defective. My daughters phone is now unrepairable. Cannot upgrade due to 2 year contract. Also cannoot upgrade on mine due to 2 yr contract. Daughters phone wajs refurbished which cancwlled out insurance. Cannot afford anothr phine. Also found out on 11/16 that i hav 2 yr contract which is false according to promotional ad at time of purchase. I hav been an ntelos customer for 7 years. I have been to 2 area stores and not only were they unable to help... Thwy were vwry rude. I just request a phone for my gaughter and 1 year only contract.
