I, too, was taken by the PureBerryMax scheme! I authorized the "trial" bottle for shipping costs of $4.95 and have been hit with the $4.95 plus $169.56 additional! I requested immediate cancellation of further shipments and requested a refund but was told by "Dottie" it was "past their 30 day shipping notice and they could not refund that amount but could refund the NEXT shipment upon return of the product. I stated I DID NOT WANT nor did I AUTHORIZE yet another shipment and WHY would waste time and resources sending an unauthorized shipment when I was specifically telling her to CANCEL everything?!??! She then went into Robot Mode..."I. Will. Send. You. Return.instructions. To. Your. Email... On and On!!! What POOR customer service! When you specifically tell them NO and how UNSATISFIED you were with their product and they continue to tell you WHY it is continuing!!! I will be contacting my bank, the BBB and my local news station. This is ridiculous!!!
