Treid to cancel automatic shipping but was putoff serveral times until it was too late for next shipment to be stopped

After many phone calls well within the cancellation period, and being told someone would call me back. New employee not knowing how to cancel, employee with no authority to allow cancellation, and missed calls lead to another shipment coming to me anyway. Now after speaking to a manager, who remained silent through my complaint and asking for a refund, was finally told that they cannot refund their original shipping and that if I wanted a refund on the product I received that I would have to pay the return shipping, an additional $20! Thus costing me another $50 just to return the product which was $50!!! Hope this never happens to anyone else... Don't let them put you off time after time with lame excuses.
