I had contacted this company, LipoSlim/Online Nutrition Resources in Phoenix on October 7.2012 to inform them that I wanted to cancel and that any product would be returned to them

Recently I received a credit card listing two charges from this company in Maple Grove MN. I don't understand how they got my credit card number or why no previous mention of Maple Grove, MN appeared. It seems that somehow they are determined to send their product by any means they choose. The original arrangement with the Phoenix office was to pay shipping charges only.

This sort of behaviour has discouraged me from ANY online shopping across the border.
