COM - INAVAP took my money, sent me a defective product, returned defective product and still no refund after 3 months

I went online to www.inavap.com and purchased their product on February 28. It arrived a few weeks later and when I turned the product on nothing worked. I tried to see if I could fix it myself but couldn't. I emailed the vendor and returned the product.
A few more weeks and finally another email from the vendor stating that I had tampered with their product and voided the warranty. After emailing them back to explain that I was only trying to avoid returning the defective product if I could "quick fix" it at home.
They emailed back after another long week or two, and said yes they would send me a replacement after I returned the accessories that came with the product. I returned the accessories and then they sent an email on march 30 stating:

"Hello,

We received a chargeback from your bank and the transaction was withdrawn from us."

This is the last email I have received from this company.

Problem is I never received a credit on my credit card and now it's been months since I have received a reply from them. I have emailed them over and over with no luck at getting a response.

Thereis no known telephone number for this company, and their customer service is a complete joke!
I may never get my money back from this company. I just thank God it wasn, t more than a $112.20 lesson learned.
I will check with the BBB in Minnesota to see if I can find out anything about this company.
