Charges on my credit card are listed as WCS 8552437992, Maple Grove, MN. I ordered free samples paying shipping only in the amounts of 4.94 and 4.95 respectively charged to my account on October 5th. I only discovered after the fact all the complaints about these companies that were on the internet. I did not receive the samples, wrote to my credit card company about the danger of receiving other charges on my account, and of course today, I have a charge of 79.99. They are committing fraud through interstate commerce and this business practice is fraud. I saved their order pages and they say absolutely nothing about there being any obligation for future purchase. My credit card company says it will investigate them and talk to their bank which MAY result in them being taken off the list of acceptable companies allowed to charge with this particular credit card company. I don't know what else to do and don't know how long this company has been commiting fraud like this. The original website that I accessed used Rachel Ray as their example of the how good the product is. I wonder if she knows she is their spokesperson? I also will be visiting the Sheriff's Dept. Today to see if there is anything they can do for me as I am elderly. Thank God I was at least smart enough not to order this with my bank account.
