Kay Jewelers is the worst!

I wish I would've read reviews on Kay before spending thousands of dollars and wasting my time. I was given nothing but horrible customer service and the run around for a full month after I upgraded my wedding ring. All I wanted was to have it sauntered but when I went to pick it up the jeweler ruined my $8000 wedding set. Not only did I have to have it sent back again but was flat out lied to by the manager as she told me it would be rushed and back no later than a week. After a week, I called to see if I could pick it up and she tells me she never gave me a date of return and it will probably be another week or so! I bought the rings a month ago and they have been in their hands ever since! This is beyond unacceptable. They lied, destroyed my new rings (gauged, bent, scratched, dented and even knocked a diamond out of place) and all they keep saying is "Oh sorry" and even told me to just return it if I wasn't happy. I cant believe this place is still in business! They have done nothing to rectify this or make it right and can honestly care less if I did return it, close my account and go through a private jeweler that would respect and appreciate their customers, which is exactly what I plan to do! If you are thinking about buying anything from here, do yourself a favor and DON'T, read the reviews and save yourself the time, money and trouble! I've never had so much trouble trying to spend this much money on something that is supposed to be fun and exciting. They completely ruined that experience for me as they have been nothing but rude and disrespectful to both my husband and I and my rings!!! I've got over 6 hours now of driving time to and from this store, $15 in turnpike tolls and well over $50 in gas between taking my ring back and forth to get fixed correctly! And all I get is "I"m sorry" but that just isn't gonna work anymore for me!!
