Since signing up with Comcast almost two years ago, I have had nothing but problems. These problems have included each aspect of the bundle-Internet, cable, phone. The phone drops calls, the Internet is frequently down and relatively slow, and the cable has been an ongoing headache. Comcast keeps giving me used DVRs that quickly break and all the programs I've recorded are lost. I'm realizing their technicians are not properly trained either. And I can't say enough bad things about their customer service. Now I've been charged for a service call I was told was free. The reason I'm being charged? They replaced a fitting that they initially installed because the most recent technician said it was defective! Guess what? The problem was not fixed by replacing that fitting—it's still ongoing.
