Horrible Service - comcast cable tv

I have been having problems with Comcast for 3 months. While I am obligated to pay my bill every month the company certainly does not care to provide the service.
I pay for in-home cable TV service and cannot get the technicians to show up, nor can the technicians on the phone resolve the problems. I requested that a supervisor come to my home and the supervisor did not show up either.
I am fed up. I am recommending that everyone in Texas contact the PUC requesting that Comcast's license be retracted. I feel I have no other recourse than this.
