Comcast review experience - cable tv

I think i had the worst experience with Comcast. The comcast techinician stole my personal laptop. He was at my house for 6 hours trying to get the cable up and then internet and the phone. He wasnt able to do it and then he said he will come next day sharp at 8:00 AM he left my home around 7:00PM and i dint use the laptp till next morning i see a new guy coming in and he fixed it in 5 min and asked me to check the internet connection and to my horror i find the laptop is missing. Guys be careful these technicians stay for long hours at the house and once they see we are not watching them they can do anything. I mean i trusted them so much i let them use my house like theirs just because they are servicing us. And this is what you do to us. BTW this technician is from Hunington Comcast office. I think it was a contract company..
