Don't Care about To Go Order Customers?

Regarding the Braum's at 5130 S Peoria Ave in Tulsa on 11/21 at approximately 10:30am I had initially thought of going thru the drive thru however I decided to just walk in and make a to go order of Biscuit and Gravy to take with me. Order process went fine however once product was delivered in an expected time frame I was about to walk out the door and thought I'd better check the bag. Sure enough there was no silverware or napkins placed in the bag. When I walked back to the counter to advise of this and to get some I was looked at funny and just got a finger pointing behind me and she says I need to obtain my own silverware and napkins. I advised that a to-go person is no different than a drive-thru person and in no way would my years of management instruct me to tell an employee to handle a customer this way. You MUST look after a customer or your going to decline eventually. I hope this isn't a policy of Braum's or I would be severely embarrassed. But I instead think it was laziness on the part of the employee. Either way, you know about it now.
