Rude employee complaints

I went to the McDonalds at 500 LEAVITT RD, AMHERST OH 4400. I went through the drive through and ordered an ice-cream cone, everything went fine they were polite and courteous. Then I came back 30 minutes later to get another ice cream cone. When I got to the window an employee asked me if I was the person who just ordered ice cream. When I told them I ordered about 30 minutes ago Another employee came over and threatened to call the police on me along with other things. He then said that I took the ice cream the wrong way last time and refused to give me the ice cream through the window. I told him I wasn’t leaving until I got my ice cream so after a few minutes he threw my ice cream upside down into a cup and shut the window. Never going there again.
