I made arrangements for prepaid reservations for a car rental and for a motel in Stockton, CA. When my wife and I went to the motel (Knight's Inn; 4540 North El Dorado St; Stockton, CA) they had no evidence of a prior reservation. The manager of the Knight's Inn devoted around two hours to see if a prepaid reservation had been made for me but did not succeed. The car rental reservation was all right. Atlas Choice was very good about their investigation but was not able to find any evidence of my motel reservation. Thus, it is my impression that one of their employees failed to follow through on my prepaid reservation and did not enter it in Atlas Choice's records. I feel that I am the victim of a theft due to dishonesty in the Atlas Choice organization.
