On 9/24 ordered custom made cake for bridal shower for 10/13. Called on 10/10 to confirm time of delivery of cake no answer left several messages. Finally 10/11 received call back saying she is very busy and to pay balance of cake with credit card over phone. I told her i will stop by bakery shop she insisted not to so i told her i will call back. I drove over to her shop it was closed down by irs and police dept. Back taxes. I called her she said dont worry about it she will bake it someplace else i asked for my money back. She said no. She is going into early retirement. No cake no money back. Very nasty.
