Treated badly by crumbs!

I was planing a surprise Birthday party for my nephew so I decided to order a cake from Crumbs Bakery. It was an early Thursday when I placed the order with the Bakery and the cake was to be picked up the following day. I was told I would have to pay for the cake in full and so I did. The order was place and paid for over the phone and so I assumed everything was in order and would be OK.
The following day I went to pick the cake up and I was told there was no order and I have no proof I ordered a cake seeing they had to record of it. At this point I was anoid but I kept my carm seeing getting all bent out of shape was not going to solve anything. I asked him to check the record again because I work in the retail business and I know the procedures, clearly I know they are to check your card number and locate the transaction by that very number seeing they took the payment... Jackson did no such thing! He said he looked in the system for purchases made the day before within that price range and came back with nothing.in fact he basically told me I didn't order a cake and he could not help me. At this point my bank was closed I had to wait till Monday which was two days away, and lets not forget I had no cake I felt victimized by Crumbs! How is this happening? I mean I paid for it and it was clearly taken out of my account because I called the automated system and check my purchases. I decided to just leave because I had no paper that prove I purchase a cake and if I had gotten irate they would have called the cops and I would be in a pickle. Anyways Monday did arrive and I got the statement from my bank then I went back to Crumbs on 6 Ave. Upon speaking to some one I saw the gentleman who treated me badly, but he stayed in the back and did not make eye contact. I then was told the manager would be out to talk to me so I waited. Well sure as hell no manager ever came, however I was given back my refund and a sad ass sorry but I felt crappy because of how I was treated and made to feel. I must say it was my first and it sure as hell will be my last time ever going to a Crumbs Bake shop. Customer service is very important no matter the customer and I expected more professionalism from such a place.
