I purchased a pair of ugg boots from this company when I received them they were very poor quality as I have had a pair previously. Have tried to contact them to return them and recieve a refund but have got no way of contacting them. On the invoice it states women's casual shoes which is not what I paid for anyone any idea how to get in contact to recieve a refund. On the Internet they were described as Australian ugg boots do not touch them so annoyed as don't have this money to waste.
