I saw their advertisement on the internet and put through the sale with my credit card. When the boots arrived, although they had UGG attached to them, it was obvious they were not the same quality as the Australian ones and were NOT as described. I left a message asking for a prepaid label to return them and get my money back - no response. Their commercial invoice to me described the boots as Casual Women's Shoes, manufactured in China, unit value £11. UK They were shipped from Guangzhou Chuanghuang Garments Co., no 1 Zidun, Pingsha, Junhe Street, Baiyun Dist., Guangzhou Guangdong 510440, China.
