Dishonest fraudulent company

I have the same exact complaint with the same company as this individual. I ordered a pair of UGG boots from their website in a size 8 and they shipped surfboots in a size 11. The ad claimed to be original UGG boots, but were surfboots.

I made several attempts to recieve a return address, I finally got an address to send back the pair of boots. Then a couple weeks later I recieved the package at my doorstrp that said return to sender, address unknown.

I paid $250 for these surfboots and they will not refund my money and will not contact me back after many e mails that I sent them and attempts for an address. Surfboots won't refund money to my credit card. I have e-mailed Surfboots several times and they will not respond.
