Ordered two pair of supposedly UGG boots, received an email confirmation and from realypay.com and a login information for tracking. Tried log in but was unable to. Tried to locate the company to cancel the order after realizing it could be a possible scam and have not been successful. I received the two pair of very fake UGG boots today 3pm. Both pair were stuffed into one small box. The threading is showing and the bottom, the sole is clearly made of some plastic material. I know these are fake because I have a real pair of UGG boots and I know fake when I see them. I want to return the item but have no way of communicating with someone to make sure I receive my full refund when I return the fake UGG BOOTS. I would really appreciate any help someone can give me or ideas as to what I should do next. The boots were ordered on 1/18.
