Phone service was discontinued
1. I called repair 10/14—hold on account
unable to determine reason—must call
later
2. I called today—spoke with 3 different
departments—cannot determine problem
for disconnect
3. Result—undetermined reason for
disconnect—will restore service
4. All bids paid on time-0 outstanding
5. Spent approx. 2 hours on their erro
