I was just won something on ebay. I clicked pay now and used my paypal. It was declined so i tried again said declined. Got a call from bank of america about unusual activity. It asked if i had a declined transaction twice then there was a third transaction that i didn't recognize. It was from ECGIHelp.com for 49.95$. So i reported it and they said i was protected and to call the claims unit tomorrow when they are open.
