Account frozen during 700.00 transfer, only $18.59 left

PayPal froze my account, saying it was to "protect me," and when they limited or froze the account, I had just barely started a transfer of funds through my "confirmed" bank account. So I thought the transaction would just be cancelled. Later that day I went to withdraw money from my bank account for gas, and my ATM was declined. I said to myself it must have been deposited into my PayPal account. Then I got online to check my balance, which showed it was only $18.59 USD.

I transferred 700.00 into the account at the exact time that my account was being limited. I sent PayPal a copy of my bank statement, and they responded by email with a notice that, because I started a dispute using the account that was confirmed with them in the first place. The email said this (copy):

"Hello, You recently tried to transfer funds from your America First Federal Credit Union bank account. This is the second time that America First Federal Credit Union has declined your funds transfer, so this transaction has been canceled. Because America First Federal Credit Union declined your transfer, this transaction has been canceled. Thanks, PayPal"

OK, that sounds good, but where is my money? My account with eBay is crashing because I owe funds for shopping online. I cannot do anything about it because PayPal has my money and is responsible for the error in whatever system they have. That $700.00 was all the money I really have, and I am taking care of my grandfather, who has lung cancer and needs his medication. I have sent PayPal multiple emails, and I am just being avoided.

I want to close that account and make the PayPal business go downhill. You should never trust PayPal. They are criminals and scam artists. I have a lawyer who is working on my lawsuit, but I know that is a process, and I need my money now!
