Ordered $50 worth of funeral flowers for a friends family member who passed. So I show up at the funeral, and my flowers couldn't even be seen. There were maybe 3 stalks of white flowers, some leaves in a $3.00 basket. It was pitiful!!! Such a rip-off. I was so embarrassed to be at the funeral. Never again will I order from ftd.com.
