Flowers not deliver for funeral

I order flowers for a funeral at 9:00am at a st Patrick church 60 s union st London ohio order place tueday service was Wednesday the flowers didn't arrive at 6:10pm fedx called wanting to know where to take flowers no funeral home name st, Patrick, I said take them back to avis I had no need for them now avis phone service said as soon as they received them back I would be remburst now today Friday I am told I will only get 1/2 of my money because I refuse to accept the flowers
