Funeral flower not deliverd - TERIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - FUNERAL FLOWERS NOT DELIVERED

I ordered funeral flowers that simply were not deriver on time of funeral. Nobody called me or informed me that there will be a problem. Other family members ordered flowers from other sides at the same time and their flower made on time. When I called the first time customer service about one hour after funeral ceremony started and asked if flowers will be delivered the person stated that they cannot get in touch with florist. I was give one of two choices. Delivering flower after funeral or cancelling order. Since the arrangement did not make on time and it was arrangement appropriate for funeral and not sympathy flowers I decided to cancel it. Nobody from customer service apologized to me or offered any other solution. Next day after funeral I called customer service and complained about above. After 30 min of negotiations I was told that I can sent sympathy flower and I will get 25% discount. When I chose sympathy flowers the discount price was $7 on over $100.00 flowers. Basically I could order the same flower on web side for $7 more. The whole process was ridicules. I kow that this people do not have clue or desire to serve customers it is strictly money making proces for them. They do not care about customers i wish that i looked for there revievs before i placed order but during sytuation like that funeral you have other thinks on your mind. Please do not make or repeat my mistake. I usually was ordering from 1-800 flowers and i never have had any problems. I learned my lessons.
