Very disapponted customer - FROMYOU FLOWERS

I ordered from you flowers for my grandfather's funeral, unfortunately they did not show i even scheduled to have them sent to the funeral parlor a day early to make sure they were there. I pent half the viewing on hold while they tried to determine what happened. They asked if i wanted them sent to my house, what could i do with beloved grandfather funeral arangement on a stand. They said i would get a credit back, it has been a week no credit yet. Called again they said an error in processing credit back. My grandfather only gets one funeral and didn't have flowers from the grandkids they offered me a $15 gift certificate for the inconvenience and still waiting for the refund absolutely ridiculous!
