Please view the letter I emailed to All Pro which to date I have not revieved a response. I am outraged and will never give up. There were also several valuables in the box that I was affraid to mention for fear that they would locate it and I would never see my belongings again. The letter I did include my phone number but removed it prior to pasting. Please help. Thanks

To Whom it may concern:

Our pickup date was scheduled for Sept 15th by 12:00 pm with a delivery date scheduled for Sept 17th. Prior to agreeing to your service contract we were reassured that our belongings were guaranteed to be delivered on this date by or before midnight. We stressed the fact that we had round trip tickets to return to RI by Saturday afternoon Sept 18th. Saturday morning we were told that they could not guaranteed to receive our delivery until late Sunday evening and were told to change our reservations. We did just that. After handing over the money order and signing the delivery form Sunday afternoon, while rushing through this process trying to avoid missing our flight and trying to avoid paying additional fees, a few minutes after Jose left we realized there was a box missing.

We immediately called the him and were told to call you Worcester MA office and ask for Bob. After calling and leaving several messages over the course of about 1 week and not receiving a call back from Bob we decided to call and speak with another representative and were informed at that time that we had to write in for a form. A day or two later we spoke to Stephanie who allowed us to fax this request in. She acknowledged receiving it. After 1 1/2 weeks we decided to check on the form which we had note received and was informed by her that she had 1 month to put the form in the mail.

According to her she mailed the form one day last week but to date we have not received it. We are not trying to be difficult and we are not looking for compensation but simply trying to retrieve my belongings which mean a great deal to us. Being a diabetic there are special shoes and other medical supplies which cost me a great deal of money of which I can not afford to replace. Even though I mentioned my situation to several of your employees no one seemed to care. What we are asking is for someone to look into this ASAP because my recovery/rehab depends on some of the items that are lost or missing are crucial to my recovery.
