First took seven days for delivery. When my delivery arrived several of my boxes were missing. They used profanity towards me, hung up the telephone on me several time when trying to inquire

On 5/13 Continental Van Line came to my home to relocate my personal items to Charlotte N.C. Continental informed me it would take three to five days to receive my belongings. However they did not give me a specific day when they will arrive, however they did inform me that they will call me twenty four hours in advance. The same day the called me to inform me that they could not transport my lawn mower and it had to be left at the facility. I asked why and they were unable to give me an answer. I proceed to ask him why, then he stated it was leaking. The lawn mower was one years old and was only used maybe 4 times.
By Thursday I did not hear anything from Continental, so I proceed to call them to inquire about my belongings. I was treated rudely, unprofessional, had racial remarks and profanity usage used towards me. I called Friday and the supervisor named John hung up the telephone on me. I continued to call for the rest of the week and was treated poorly. Again racial slurs, and profanity usage. This showed me how unprofessional this company is.
Finally the driver called me on Saturday 5/20 and informed me he will be in Charlotte on Sunday 5/21 between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. They did not arrive until 11:30 am. While they were unloading the truck they were trying to give me other people belongings and I had to inform them that certain items where not mine. While the men were unloading the truck I notice some of my boxed untapped, destroyed, re taped as if though they went through my belongings. Picture were thrown in different boxes then where i originally put them.
When the men where finished unloading the truck I informed them that all my belongings were not there. One of the men stated that's all we have. I then asked him what took them so long to get here and he stated the other truck broke down. I then stated again this is not all of my belongings he stated that I had to call the office.
On Monday 5/22 I called the office to inform them that some of my boxes was missing. The man informed me that the truck would not be back until Monday 5/28 to then call back. I called back on Monday and was informed that none of my boxes was on the truck. I informed him again that some of my belonging were missing. He began to use profanity and then informed me that he will send me a claims form.
This company is as unprofessional as they come.
