Bad Computer Charger!

I bought a computer from A.M.-TECH about 4 months ago! The charger caught on fire and the wouldn't replace it for free. He told me that I would have to purchase a replacement charger for them. I would think a new charger would last more than 4 months. The entire time we were explaining the situation he was laughing and being so unprofessional and this was not the first incident I had with this company. When i took my personal labtop to them to clean the viruses off they deleted my software and told me they wasn't responsible for putting it back on! This was the 2010 software that I just purchased to do my school work. They are so unprofessional and rude.
