I ordered a IBM Laptop and a DVD Camcorder Camera. Niether product came with users manual. The Laptop had a big X on the top of the lid and the dvd camcorder had no charger info and when I called the company they informed me that a charger could be bought at Radio Shack. After two day of tring to locate a charger, I realized that it is impossible to get a battery charger for that DVD Camcorder Ccamera. The Labtop will not loadprograms. I would never buy any product from the company. It has been over five months and still have not recieved any additional info or even a letter from the company. JulieELGIN, Illinois
