I bought the MIA Clarisonic final month but had lost my charger, I subsequently sent Clarisonic dreaming about an upgraded. I had been managed with a consultant and was approached a couple of days later to put an order to get a replacement charger. I obtained the charger per week or two after and also the charger I'd obtained wasn't suitable for the MIA since it was the general charger. I'd informed the consultant what I needed and alternatively I obtained something which didn't function what-so ever.

I sent the representative back and he or she did not notice that she was the main one who put the purchase for me personally to start with. She stated she'd deliver me another charger like a onetime exclusion and asked that it'd consider about 14 days. It's been nearly 3 months so when I attempted to email her back for that following number she didn't respond. I have sent her three times previously. I actually donot think this is actually the kind of customer support a supplier must supply. I have had my Clarisonic for over per month and was not able to utilize it. What I desire is for Clarisonic to cope with this issue, I'm fed up with awaiting responses from their Customer Support who cannot follow-through using what they guarantee.
