I ordered two pairs of shoes on 09/13 for $96 but they never came. I checked the status of the shoes on their website but no order details were updated besides the confirmation that money was being processed. Towards the end of September I received a sponge, like to wash dishes with. Two weeks ago I contacted Paypal and issued a complaint. Today Hesell.com sent shipping information to Paypall, with a tracking a number. I checked that tracking number and saw they sent an "international letter" i.E. The sponge. I reopened the case with Paypal and I'm also calling my bank to reverse the charges to Paypal. This company is totally a scam, do not order shoes from there!!!
