Ordered shoes from this website, never received shipping confirmation. Submitted claim to PaPal when my card was charged but the order was never processed. Requested refund; instead Paypal contacted company and "shipment" was made - 10 days later received showercap as others had in the mail. Contacted Paypal and my bank - bank immediately refunded me, Paypals claim resolution requires you to return the merchandise.
